Abstract Submission Guidelines
General Guidelines
- Last date of submission: 25th November 2025
- All presentations are competitive in nature.
- Participants will be judged on content quality, presentation style, depth of knowledge, originality, and adherence to the time limit.
- Presentations exceeding the allotted time will be disqualified from prize consideration.
- Open to undergraduate students, postgraduate students, faculty members, and private practitioners across all dental/medical specialties.
- Abstracts must be submitted only via the official Google Form (no email submissions accepted).
- Conference registration is mandatory to be eligible for paper or poster presentation.
- Abstracts must be original and unpublished.
- Abstracts once submitted cannot be modified or changed.
- Title ≤ 25 words, Abstract ≤ 100 words.
- Presenters must bring their presentation in .ppt or .pptx format on a USB drive.
- Do not mention your name or institution – only registration number.
E-Poster Guidelines
- A maximum of two presenters are allowed per poster.
- E-certificates will be issued only to the presenting author(s).
- Only one person needs to fill the Google Form. The second presenter, if any, may be added as Presenter 2 in the same form.
- Posters must be prepared in Landscape orientation (16:9 aspect ratio).
- Maximum time allotted: 6 minutes (4 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A).
Scientific Paper Guidelines
- Only one presenter is allowed per paper.
- E-certificate will be issued only to the presenter.
- Maximum time allotted: 10 minutes (8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A).
